Discover Southshore >
For this new oceanfront
community in Newport, Oregon- there needed to be a logo for future
advertising projects. The first task was to develop a sharp and adaptable
logo and color set. Once done it was up to the demands of marketing
in how this new logo would be applied to further endeavors. The
image set below is from 2006-2009 print media items. Click to view

The
community has a "nantucket" feel
themed into elements throughout the project. |
Visual presence
: Signage > The
project required sign materials to be developed with a constant
visual theme. The main entry, 800 ft and 200 ft approach signs
from Hwy
101, along with signs throughout the community. |

Print and web go hand in hand. To better

and realtor websites.
